CCLFI products and services were the results of our innovations and R&D. Currently, we are undertaking R&D on the following next products and services:
- Quad Bottom Line: participatory evaluation of community projects to assess impacts along sustainable development and knowledge management dimensions. The resulting tool will be useful for impact investors and socially-responsible venture capitalists in assessing the desirability of investing in a proposed project.

- Tagging system that adapts itself to the work context and the business processes specific to an organization
- Vignettes: a story telling tool to complement a best practices manual.
