He is a Technical Expert of the ISO Technical Committee (TC) 260 on Human Resource Management (HRM) and ISO TC 176 on Quality Management and Quality Assurance of the Bureau of Philippine Standards (BPS) of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the official Philippine full member-representative to ISO & International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) in Geneva, Switzerland.
His ISO management system expertise is found in the following domains: quality management, risk management, occupational health and safety management, business continuity management, innovation management, human resource management system, records management, information security management, organizational change management and of course
knowledge management.
His KM engagements run the SOP of KM: the strategic, operational and personal aspects of KM.
He is the Managing Consultant of JGDR Management Consultancy and the Chief Knowledge, Learning & Design Architect of Knowledge-Able Academy.
He is the Supervising Fellow & Professor of Knowledge Management, Quality Management & Innovation Management at the Graduate School of Public Management (GSPM) of the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP).
He is an International Adjunct Professor of the International School of Business, Social Science and
Technology (ISBSS) in Alabama, USA.
