Dr. Marivilla Lydia B. Aggarao or "Mari" is a professor at the Philippine Normal University. She has a PhD in KM and Innovation Management (with distinction) from Bangkok University and an MA Education with specialization in Guidance and Counseling. She is a licensed Guidance Counselor and a registered Psychometrician.
She is the Director of the PNU Knowledge Management and Strategic Foresight Office, and a faculty member of FEIS (Faculty in Education and Information Sciences). She received specialized trainings in Foresight and Futures Thinking at the Development Academy of the Philippines, KM Practitioner Certification at CCLFI, and Data Literacy and Dashboarding with AI for Education at PNU.
She wrote research articles on innovation such as "Pedagogical Innovation in Professional Education" (Journal in Teacher Education, 2014), "Exploring the Success of R&D Biotech Innovators in Higher Educational Institutions" (International Journal of Management and Applied Research, 2022), and a chapter in the book "Inside Innovation: Looking from the Inside Out."
